Dressed with ganja veggies
Ganja Cooking Oil, Butter, scallops, lemon juice, Vodka, salt, pepper, Tarragon
Prep your scallops by rinsing and set aside to drain, pat down with paper towels to remove any water.
For the Sauce:
In a sauce pan bring 1 tsp of Ganja Cooking Oil, 1/4 lbs butter, 1 tbs of Lemon Juice (or to your taste), 1/2 oz Vodka, A pinch or two of Salt and pepper ( to your taste) To medium heat.
After 5 minutes of cooking lower heat and add 1/2 of tsp Tarragon and Scallops
Chop up your Veggies
1/4 or 1/2 Portebello Mushrooms, 5 baby Carrots, 2 green onion,1/2 Zucchini
In a hot pan add butter and let it melt, then add your chopped Veggies, cook for a minute and then add your Ganja Cooking Oil (1tsp) saute until golden. Once the Saute Veggies are golden,Use 1oz of Brandy or Cognac in the end to Flambé.
