Ribs a' la Ganja


These ribs are just coming out of the oven!


In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and stir very well, cover and let it sit over night.
Ganja oil 3 tbs
Pepper 1/8 of tsp
Maple syrup 1/4 cup
Dijon mustard\ 1 tbs
Brown sugar 2 tbs
Soy sauce 1 tbs
Cognac 2.5 oz
Worcesters 2 tbs
BBQ sauce 1 quarter cup
A1 steak sauce 2 tbs
Red wine 1/8 cup Cabernet Sauvignon

Remove ribs from water and shake off excess water or leave them on a strainer for a few minutes.

Water 8 cups
Black pepper 1/4 tsp.
Ganja cooking oil 2 tbs.
Brown sugar 2 tbs.
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp.
Red onion 1/2
Tabasco 2 tsp.
Cognac 2 oz
Dijon mustard 2 tbs.
Maple syrup 4 tbs.
sea salt coarse 1tbs.


In a tall pot, bring the water to boil and all ingredients turn down to medium heat for 2 hrs.
heat oven to 300 F
Put the ribs into a Pyrex baking pan and pour all the sauce on top of it. Cook for 1-1.5 hrs. Keep basting the ribs every 15 minutes or so


Stuffed Pepper a' la Ganja


The pepper is stuffed with veggies, chicken, rice and mango in a Ganja Vodka sauce.
