Tomato and vegetable ganja soup

Tomato and vegetable ganja soup

Good for fall and winter.







Chicken Bouillon 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Baby Carrots 10
Italian Squash 1
Potatoes 2
Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz.
White Mushrooms 2
Ganja Cooking Oil 2 tbs
Garlic Cloves 2
Red Bell Pepper 1
Thyme (dry or fresh) 1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/8 or to your liking
Add Salt and Pepper to your taste

Boil water in pot, add chicken bouillon, potato, tomato, carrots, cayenne Pepper, Thyme and Ganja oil

Add the rest of the ingredients (Red peppers, White Mushrooms, Italian Squash) of cooking for another 5 minutes

This is in my opinion, a great soup to lift you up from a cold, or relieve you from chronic pain.

Lemon Scallop a' la ganja






Dressed with ganja veggies



Ganja Cooking Oil, Butter, scallops, lemon juice, Vodka, salt, pepper, Tarragon

Prep your scallops by rinsing and set aside to drain, pat down with paper towels to remove any water.


For the Sauce:
In a sauce pan bring 1 tsp of Ganja Cooking Oil, 1/4 lbs butter, 1 tbs of Lemon Juice (or to your taste), 1/2 oz Vodka, A pinch or two of Salt and pepper ( to your taste) To medium heat.

After 5 minutes of cooking lower heat and add 1/2 of tsp Tarragon and Scallops


Chop up your Veggies
1/4 or 1/2 Portebello Mushrooms, 5 baby Carrots, 2 green onion,1/2 Zucchini
In a hot pan add butter and let it melt, then add your chopped Veggies, cook for a minute and then add your Ganja Cooking Oil (1tsp) saute until golden. Once the Saute Veggies are golden,Use 1oz of Brandy or Cognac in the end to Flambé.

Butter squash ganja soup

a superb soup that can accompany any meat dish

serves two

1 Butter squash Peeled/Cleaned and chopped
2 cups Chicken or Veggie bouillon
2 tbs butter
2 tbs Ganja Cooking oil
1 Small Peeled Potato Chopped
1/4 cup Parmigiana Cheese
1/2 tsp basil dry

In a pot add chicken bouillon add Butter squash, Potatoes, butter, Ganja oil and heat to medium. Cook until the potato is fork soft and add your Parmesan Cheese in and stir for the last 5 min.
Let it cool down and put it in blender until it's liquid or puree and store into container, refrigerate over night.

Do not blend the soup when it's hot it can burn.

Ganja canola oil


This ganja oil is good for 8 servings of your favorite Brownie mix.

Nice to add in your meals or any recipe.

This jar of oil is made with quality Ganja. You could use all the oil for a brownies mix, total of 8 to 10 brownies per jar.

This jar has the equivalency of 1/8 oz. of Ganja. You can use it every day in your cooking.Use 1Tbs or 1/2 Oz to your favorite recipes.

Filet mignon with cognac sauce a' la ganja and mushrooms


with grilled vegetable and baked potato

Cognac 1 oz
Mushroom 5 small
red onion 1 quarter
butter 2 tbs
Montreal steak seasoning 1/2 tsp
Green tea 1/2 cup
Flour 1/2 tsp
Ganja Cooking Oil (1tbs per serving)
1 Fillet Mignon
Slice up your Onion and Mushrooms.

Set your pan over Medium High and add the butter, Ganja Cooking Oil and your onions, mushrooms, Cognac and fillet Mignon into the pan.*Set your stove on warm, keep a Oven safe plate in there so you can put your steak aside while finishing up your sauce.

In a seperate bowl mix the flour and enough water just to dissolve the flour about an 1/8 of a cup. Don't use too much water or you'll end up with very watery sauce.

Once you have cooked you steak to your desired tenderness, remove fillet mignon and place into warm stove while you finish the sauce.

Add in the green tea into the pan and let that cook over Medium high for 5 minutes, then add in the flour and water and stir until it cooks down to the thickness you are happy with.

Stuffed Californian figs

Californian figs, stuffed with a sweet ganja paste and topped with goat cheese

Salmon a' la Ganja

Pasta with smoke salmon and ganja Alfredo sauce.

Ganja Cooking Oil, Milk, salt, basil, Parmigiana Cheese, Nutmeg, a dash of Vermouth, Smoked Salmon. Pasta of your choice.

1 tsp - 1tbs of Ganja Cooking Oil (according to your experience or tolerance)
1/2 cup of milk
1/8 of tsp or to your taste of salt
A pinch of Nutmeg
1/4 cup of Parmigiana Cheese
5 fresh leaves of Basil Chopped or Dry 1 Tbs.
1tbs of Butter or Margarine

In a sauce pan, heat up milk and Ganja Cooking Oil@ Med. heat and add all ingredients except for the Cheese and Basil

Once the liquid starts to boil turn down to low, stir frequently for 5-10 minutes. Add Parmasiano Cheese and keep stirring untill the Cheese is all melted.


Butter Squash De lite

Butter squash with Ganja Meat Sauce, topped with romano cheese.

Canna Chicken with Veggies

Creamy ganja sauce with Chicken and Veggies served over pasta.
Serving for two

Ganja Cooking Oil, Milk, salt, basil, Parmigiana Cheese, a dash of Vermouth, Pasta of your choice.
One large Chicken breast
6-10 mushrooms
6-10 baby carrots
1 Bell Pepper
2 tbs per serving of Ganja Cooking Oil (according to your experience or tolerance)
1/2 cup of milk
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of Parmigiana Cheese
1 tbs of dry Basil
1tbs of Butter or Margarine


In a sauce pan, heat up milk and Ganja Cooking Oil over Med. heat and add all ingredients except for the Cheese and Basil.

Once the liquid starts to boil turn down to low, stir frequently for 5-10 minutes. Add Parmasiano Cheese and keep stirring untill the Cheese is all melted.

Heat Pan and add 1 tbs. butter and cubed chicken breast , pinch of salt and pepper and stir. Just before the chicken is done add in the Bell Pepper, Mushroom and Carrots for about 3to 5 min add Alfredo sauce and let it sit for 5 minutes and serve.
